In Brief: KeyDoc Selects ixio for Wealth Management Service

KeyDoc, a startup financial advisory company, has selected ixio’s XML-based integration platform as the core component of a new wealth management information service. KeyDoc will use the ixio Platform to collect and manage wealth management information, allowing KeyDoc to promote sharing data among its clients and potential clients, as well as among their financial advisors, employees, tax professionals and estate planners. KeyDoc is currently developing an approval engine and transaction compliance engine, which together will form the foundation of the wealth management system.

In Brief: Contivo Secures New Funding

Contivo has secured an additional $8 million in additional venture funding which will be used for business expansion. The company says it plans to make investments in sales, marketing, operations and product development. Existing investors Voyager Capital and BA Venture Partners lead this round of funding.
