9 Sept 2002: Software AG, Active Data Exchange Form Alliance

Software AG and Active Data Exchange announced a strategic sales and technology alliance to provide a content distribution management solution. Both firms will be targeting solutions for mutual funds companies; Active Data Exchange’s content distribution management solution – known as Active Data Integrator Version 4 – embeds Software AG’s Tamino XML server, enabling customers to aggregate and transform digital content and distribute it to disparate platforms and networks.

The alliance provides an end-to-end solution that allows companies to create new revenue streams by taking advantage of existing content.
